Unless a product listing expressly identifies a different license before purchase, your purchase includes a nonexclusive license for one individual or business to use the purchased design for personal projects and to create and sell finished physical products, with no quantity limit. This permission applies only to rights we own or are authorized to license. It does not transfer ownership or provide exclusive rights to a design. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased assets for your own projects. This includes the right to modify, scale, and integrate the files into your designs. However, you are prohibited from reselling, redistributing, or offering the files for sale to third parties.
Product previews and printing
Mockups illustrate possible uses and may be digitally generated. Colors and appearance can vary between screens, printers, inks, fabrics, and other materials. Mockup items and backgrounds are not included. These ordinary variations do not excuse a file that is defective or materially different from its description.
Website use
You may not misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
Your Legal Rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Product Partners
Production partners may receive the file only as needed to fulfill your orders, under terms that do not permit unrelated reuse or redistribution.
Third-party rights
This license does not grant rights to third-party trademarks, characters, likenesses, or other protected material. Contact us if you believe a listing contains material we are not authorized to provide.
TERMS OF SERVICE
By accessing and using GRABADESIGN, you agree to the following terms. All digital assets are provided for personal or commercial use, subject to the specific licensing agreement provided with each purchase. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of these assets complies with all applicable laws and regulations. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of these files is strictly prohibited. By continuing to browse or purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms.
Change-of-mind refunds
Except where required by law, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds or exchanges once the digital files have been downloaded or accessed.
Problems with your purchase
Contact us if you receive a corrupted file, an incorrect file, a duplicate charge, or a product materially different from its description, or if you cannot access your purchase.
Digital products only
All products covered by this policy are digital downloads. No physical item will be mailed. Product mockups show examples of how the graphics may be used.
Receiving your files
After your payment is successfully processed, your files will be available through; order confirmation page and emailed download link.
Download links expire after 30 days of purchase.
If you cannot find your download email, check your spam folder and contact Support with your order number.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to our business to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
